Insurance Filing Clerk
We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Insurance Filing Clerk to join reputed company. Reporting to the Surplus Lines Manager, this role is responsible for completing filings, reports, documentation, reconciliations, and communications reputed company to surplus lines and Risk Purchasing reputed company (RPG) across reputed company states. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure reputed company and accurate completion of state regulatory surplus lines submissions reputed company the reputed company system
Reconcile surplus filing data batches, payments, and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
Prepare, verify, and review required documentation for submission
Assist with reputed company surplus lines audits by verifying transactions, filings, and reputed company records
Independently research, investigate, and resolve issues that reputed company during filing, reconciliation, or payment processes
Manage multiple priorities reputed company while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness in a high-volume workflow

Adapt to internal workflow or process changes and reputed company feedback to improve efficiency

Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 6 months of experience filing surplus lines transactions
Minimum of 6 months of computerized data entry experience
Highly organized, dependable, and personally accountable
