About the role: As a Senior NOC Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of reputed company.  Responsibilities: Understand and analyze customers' problems and reputed company appropriate, acceptable solutions Interfaces directly with customers at different stages of the problem reputed company process, including understanding customer issues, communicating reputed company plans for reputed company, explaining developments, and conveying reputed company Resolve reputed company technical issues through research, log analysis, issue reproduction, and advanced troubleshooting Back-up management, completion, verification and restoration Manages own schedule of cases, which includes determining reputed company reputed company and negotiating and setting expectations with customers Thoroughly documents reputed company issues and develops and reviews content for the knowledge reputed company.
