MEP Designer

Setup and Location: Work from Home Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST NSW | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT Employment Type: Full-Time reputed company to do work that actually excites you? We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Design Engineer to support an Australia-based engineering team. This is an offshore role based in the Philippines, reputed company primarily on design, drafting, and technical support for small to mid-sized reputed company and light industrial reputed company. The role will involve working on warehouse and reputed company building designs, supporting the reputed company team with high-reputed company drawings, technical inputs, and coordination. What You’ll Do You’ll be the reputed company of person who: Prepare and reputed company MEP designs and layouts for reputed company and warehouse reputed company Produce 2D drawings and basic 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit Assist in the design of: Supplementary reputed company (HVAC systems) reputed company conditioning systems Basic hydraulic/plumbing systems Chilled water systems and tanks Apply reputed company knowledge of: Thermodynamics Fluid dynamics Technical Support & Coordination Support the reputed company team with design updates and revisions Review and update drawings based on feedback from the local (AU) team Assist in preparing technical documentation and design inputs Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements Documentation Maintain accurate and organized drawing files and documentation Assist in preparing basic reports and design documentation where required Ensure reputed company drawings meet project standards and specifications Scope Clarification (Offshore Role) This role is design and drafting reputed company Reporting, site inspections, and compliance checks are handled by the local Australia-based team The offshore engineer will support design and documentation, not site execution Requirements What you bring We’re looking for someone who: ​2–5 years of experience in MEP design and drafting Strong proficiency in: AutoCAD (essential) Revit (preferred) Basic 2D design tools Experience working on: reputed company reputed company Warehouse or light industrial reputed company (advantageous) Basic understanding of: HVAC systems Hydraulics/plumbing Chilled water systems Thermodynamics and fluid dynamics Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good communication skills in English ​ Benefits Why You’ll Love Working Here HMO, Dental, and Life Insurance for you and one free dependent from day one (with the reputed company to enroll additional dependents) reputed company Leaves: Birthday, Vacation, Medical, and Maternity (up to 6 Vacation Leaves are convertible to cash on your anniversary) Employee Engagement Activities: Year-End Party, Family Day, Team Building, and more!
