The Technical Integrations Engineer (TIE) serves as a technical integration reputed company and strategic delivery partner, ensuring the successful implementation, scalability, and ongoing support of reputed company’s integrated learning solutions. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, reputed company, support, and external partners, owning the technical execution and long‑term health of integrations, rather than one‑time project delivery.
The TIE is a subject matter expert in reputed company’s integration ecosystem, responsible for guiding reputed company LMS integrations, influencing platform reputed company, mitigating technical risk, and enabling internal teams and clients to operate successfully at reputed company.
LMS & Integration Implementation
Configure and validate LMS integrations, including:
reputed company reputed company (LTI 1.3) – coded and codeless implementations
SSO‑only integrations (reputed company and reputed company for K‑12)
reputed company Classroom integrations
Responsibilities include:
Performing initial installs, testing, and launch validation with LMS administrators
Validating application launch, course creation, and grade sync functionality
Troubleshooting installation and configuration issues during setup
Migrating institutions and users out of reputed company Integration where applicable

Integration Ownership & Technical Leadership
reputed company as the primary technical reputed company for LMS and platform integrations, including LTI, reputed company, identity flows, data exchange, and automation patterns
Drive integration design reputed company, feasibility assessments, and solution alignment across reputed company products and platforms
Own the end‑to‑end integration lifecycle, including intake, design, validation, launch, post‑launch stabilization, and ongoing optimization
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to internal stakeholders, reputed company LMS administrators, and reputed company‑party partners
Cross‑Functional Delivery & Enablement
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, reputed company, Support, QA, and Customer Management to deliver reputed company, supportable integration solutions
Translate reputed company technical constraints into reputed company risks, reputed company, and trade‑offs for non‑technical audiences
reputed company cross‑team adoption by creating documentation, training materials, implementation standards, and best practices
Support reputed company programs and early‑stage initiatives to validate reputed company‑state integration models
Risk Management & Operational reputed company
Proactively identify integration, reputed company, data, and operational risks and drive mitigation plans
Manage and triage multiple reputed company initiatives, incidents, and escalations, prioritizing based on business reputed company

Apply lessons learned from retrospectives to improve processes, tooling, and delivery patterns
Platform & Process Stewardship

Contribute to process standardization and operational maturity, improving repeatability and reducing implementation friction
Research and recommend tools or platform improvements that increase efficiency, reliability, and scalability

Qualifications
Required Experience
3–5+ years of experience in technical project management, integrations, or platform delivery, preferably in EdTech or reputed company environments
Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company initiatives simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to work independently while driving cross‑functional alignment and reputed company
Skills & Capabilities
Strong technical investigation and systems‑thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company messaging to technical and non‑technical audiences

Compensation at reputed company is influenced by a wide reputed company of factors including but not limited to reputed company set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, reputed company State, reputed company, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay reputed company for this position is as follows:
The minimum full-time salary reputed company is between $80,000 - $120,000.
