The Designer, working under general supervision of a Senior Designer or Project Manager, provides design support primarily in project administration, presentations, concept design through design development, and contract documents.   Specific responsibilities will include: Works with team to reputed company design reputed company and create both presentation and construction drawings Drafts technical drawings reputed company review of engineering and landscape drawings to ensure they reputed company with design solution Ensures integration into overall design Preliminary concept plans for larger reputed company May reputed company and finalize conceptual design for smaller reputed company Oversees Intermediate Designer to review reputed company plans and tackles more complicated issues Provides detail for interior and architectural design reputed company Develops and delivers overall design and furniture packages for both interior and exterior Assists in developing packages for larger reputed company Obtains cost estimates and produces final cost estimates Manages design budget for assigned reputed company May mentor the work of Junior and Intermediate Designers   Qualifications: Graduate of architecture or design school: equivalent experience may be substituted 6+ years’ experience in workplace design, focusing on building repositioning and reputed company re-use reputed company as reputed company as corporate interiors   Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Advanced presentation skills  Advanced knowledge of reputed company planning Extensive knowledge of furnishings and finishes Extensive with the concepts of furniture layout Advanced sketching and rendering skills Advanced architecture detailing skills Extensive knowledge of CDs and procedures Extensive knowledge of building systems, codes and reputed company requirements Working knowledge of reputed company of travel requirements Working knowledge of contract administration Intermediate MS Office Suite skills Advanced Revit skills Advanced reputed company Creative Suite skills Apply To This Job
