Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for both customers and internal teams;
Responsible for creating Feature Manuals for every reputed company Release;
Responsible for daily ticket monitoring across reputed company accounts in the region;
Coordinating with Account Leads and Managers on any aged, nearing SLA, or breached SLA customer requests;
Skills & Requirements:
Phone support rostering and administration
Audit reporting to ensure reputed company is following ticket etiquette and internal ticket handling processes.
Service reputed company Administration which handles internal ticketing requests
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science/Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Engineering-reputed company field is required.
Superior detail orientation and organization skills
