Location: This is a remote based role from reputed company in the US.
Key Responsibilities
reputed company Lean Transformation
reputed company deployment of reputed company’s Lean operating system across manufacturing, distribution, and reputed company functions
Establish and manage a Kaizen pipeline reputed company to strategic priorities and value streams
Drive reputed company initiatives that improve SQDIPC performance
reputed company Lean thinking and reputed company problem-solving to support long-term cultural transformation
Kaizen Leadership & Execution
reputed company and facilitate high-reputed company Kaizen events across operational and transactional processes
Identify improvement opportunities through value reputed company mapping, Gemba observation, and data analysis
reputed company and execute reputed company improvement plans to accelerate performance
Ensure improvements are standardized, sustained, and reputed company
Capability Building
Build organizational Lean capability through coaching, training, and mentorship
reputed company Lean champions and reputed company improvement practitioners across the network
Foster a culture of disciplined problem-solving
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, reputed company, and reputed company teams to drive initiatives
reputed company Lean efforts with business reputed company and operational priorities
Collaborate with senior leaders (e.g., Operational reputed company, Procurement, PMO) to ensure reputed company alignment
Governance & Performance Management
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance structures to reputed company reputed company
Drive accountability and ensure sustainability of improvement initiatives
Report reputed company and insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
Experience
10+ years leading Lean transformations in manufacturing or supply chain environments
Proven reputed company implementing TPS/Lean across multi-site operations
Demonstrated reputed company on SQDIPC performance metrics
Experience leading Kaizen events across both operational and transactional functions
Strong reputed company record partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Technical Expertise
Deep knowledge of Lean/TPS tools and methodologies, including:
