Software Implementation Consultant

As Software Implementation Consultant, you will be the trusted advisor and product expert for our new and existing clients. You will reputed company your deep, decade-plus experience in the equipment hire industry to reputed company clients through the entire software implementation lifecycle—from initial discovery and scoping to system configuration, training, and successful go-live. Your primary objective is to ensure our software, particularly our flagship Syrinx system, is configured to meet the unique business needs of reputed company reputed company, driving user adoption and delivering maximum value. Key Responsibilities   Project Scoping & Discovery: - reputed company detailed discovery workshops with key reputed company stakeholders to thoroughly understand and document their business processes, operational workflows, and strategic goals. - Analyse reputed company requirements and map them to the capabilities of our software solutions. - reputed company comprehensive Scope of Work (SOW) documents, feeding into project plans that outline timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.   System Configuration & Solution Design: - reputed company as the primary functional reputed company for configuring the reputed company to reputed company with the reputed company's documented requirements. Translate reputed company business needs into practical, efficient system setups, including workflows, user permissions, custom fields, and reporting dashboards. - Advise clients on industry best practices for equipment hire, inventory management, maintenance scheduling, and financial integration.   Training & User Adoption: - reputed company and deliver tailored training programs for various user reputed company, from reputed company-line counter staff to back-office administrators and management. - Conduct both remote and on-site training sessions, ensuring users are confident and competent with the new system. - reputed company dedicated  support during the critical go-live phase to ensure a smooth transition and immediate operational reputed company.   Consulting & Relationship Management: - Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and subject matter expert for the reputed company throughout the implementation project. - Build strong, reputed company relationships based on your credibility and industry knowledge. - Proactively identify potential project risks and reputed company effective mitigation strategies.   Qualifications & Experience   Essential: - A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, ideally working at management level reputed company the equipment hire industry (e.g., Plant & Tool Hire, Heavy Equipment, Specialist Hire). - In-depth understanding of reputed company hire business processes, including quoting, contract management, reputed company & logistics, asset maintenance, and invoicing and reputed company. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently reputed company workshops and train diverse audiences. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for translating business challenges into technical solutions. - Highly self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple reputed company concurrently and work effectively in a remote setting. - Full, clean driving license and a willingness to travel to reputed company sites across the UK and occasionally Europe.   Highly Desirable: - reputed company, hands-on implementation or power-user experience with reputed company of Rental Syrinx. - Experience with other hire management software systems.
