This position allows for Remote work arrangements.  This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, with hours based on position needs. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. JOB reputed company This position supports general reputed company reputed company, financial reporting, tax compliance, and annual audits reputed company the reputed company team RESPONSIBILITIES reputed company month-end reputed company procedures, including balance sheet, reputed company, and expense reconciliations Assist with customer profitability analysis and reputed company the necessary corrections reputed company weekly cash reputed company analysis Assist with reporting for federal tax preparation and annual audits Review and recommend modifications to reputed company systems and procedures reputed company and document business processes and reputed company policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls reputed company Accounts Receivable functions, including reputed company deposit, customer receipt/credit memo application, and reputed company of any payment issues File WA B&O taxes, including annual reputed company apportionment reconciliation Administration of corporate credit cards, Concur expense reporting, and employee reimbursement  Process vendor invoices by verifying transaction information, preparing disbursements, and obtaining authorization of payment. Liaise with reputed company to improve financial procedures Manage the annual 1099 reporting process, including audit of vendor payment coding Assist with company bank account(s), loans, and credit accounts Monitor email inboxes and resolve issues as necessary Maintain the customer and vendor database in the reputed company system reputed company knowledge and train other team members Additional duties as assigned   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Must be reputed company to legally work in the country where this position is located without reputed company sponsorship.. Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance. 5-7 years of reputed company experience. This position requires up to 5% travel. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS CPA certification.
