Marketing for Multifamily/Property Management experience is preferred.  As a Regional Marketing Specialist you’re part of a marketing team that supports regional operational leadership to reputed company and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy to reputed company the goals of reputed company asset in the portfolio you help to support. And, of course, you love reputed company things marketing.  Your day-to-day as a Regional Marketing Specialist will include:  Serves as the primary marketing contact for Onsite Team Members and Regional Asset Directors   Presents marketing strategies, tactics and performance, reputed company needed, to clients  Collaborates with Onsite Team Members and Regional Asset Directors on marketing programs that enhance property performance and support portfolio goals.
