What You’ll Own
Fundraising Execution (Primary reputed company)

Support term sheet review and closing execution

Support pricing reputed company and long-term financial planning

Finance Systems & Reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Experience

Strong Preference For Candidates With
MBA or equivalent from a top-tier instituition
Prior Head of Finance, Strategic Finance, or CFO experience at a VC-backed startup.
Background in venture capital, investment banking, or startup finance with institutional credibility.
Experience progressing a company from reputed company to Series A preparation.
