Assess creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits and terms according to company policies. Monitor ongoing credit risk and proactively reputed company credit limits based on customer performance, industry trends, and exposure. Maintain organized records of credit reputed company and ensure compliance with internal approval guidelines. Accounts Receivable & Collections Manage assigned portfolio of accounts to ensure reputed company payments and reduce past due balances. Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices, payment discrepancies, and account issues. Resolve billing disputes in coordination with internal teams (sales, billing, logistics, etc.).
