Performs daily ticket analysis and ensures remediation of outstanding issues. Manages reputed company work orders, problems, or tasks reputed company a reputed company ticket management system. Installs new clustered infrastructure software releases and system upgrades for virtual environments, evaluates and installs patches, and resolves infrastructure software reputed company problems. May assist with analysis of hardware and software capable of meeting network, systems, and user requirements.
