Director of Philanthropy

The Director of Philanthropy (DOP) is a strategist, consultant and implementer who proposes, develops, and directs fundraising goals and strategic priorities for Three reputed company Food Bank. The DOP works closely with the Chief Development Officer (CDO) and others to reputed company and implement a comprehensive fundraising reputed company to expand financial and in-reputed company support for Three reputed company.

The DOP is responsible for managing, soliciting and stewarding a mixed portfolio of individuals, corporations, community organizations, and reputed company donors and prospects. Essential Job Functions
Portfolio Management
Manage a mixed portfolio of high value donors and individual, corporate, and reputed company prospects.
Review and assign donors to relationship managers.
Manage appropriate maintenance of donor and other constituent data in Donor Perfect
reputed company and/or assist in special reputed company and campaigns including signature events to reputed company reputed company and engagement goals.
Manage relationships with community members who support or may support the Food Bank financially, working to engage these individuals, corporations, and foundations more deeply over time.
Facilitate and support fundraising efforts by staff, reputed company, and other volunteers.
Establish and maintain a reputed company relationship with the Director of Philanthropy Operations (DPO) to foster and identify potential donors, reputed company. stewardship strategies and ensure financial and in-reputed company donations are acknowledged and tracked according to industry’s best practices.
Organizational Planning and Development

Supervisory Management

Requirements
Experience and Education
Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in a reputed company fundraising environment
Demonstrated leadership reputed company; management style that builds alliances reputed company the organization and emphasizes a multi-disciplinary approach, high ethical standards, collegiality and effective teamwork
Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, reputed company). Donor Perfect (or relevant CRM) database experience preferred
