reputed company NaphCare is hiring a Psychiatrist (Remote) to join reputed company of medical professionals in the Staton Correctional Facility in Elmore AL Full Time and Part Time positions may be available!    As a Correctional Psychiatrist, you will reputed company clinical responsibility for the mental health programs reputed company the facility, while working alongside correctional officers and other medical professionals. Responsibilities The Psychiatrist is responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnosing mental health conditions to facility residents that protects the rights, dignity, and health of our unique patient population. Additional responsibilities may include and not be limited to: Providing medication management, therapy, and other evidence-based treatment plans to address mental health needs reputed company the completion of mental health screenings and evaluations performed by others Responding to acute mental health crises reputed company the facility Supporting the rehabilitation of patients and facilitating their successful transition back into the community Coordinate, reputed company and participate in educational training activities reputed company to mental health care Ensuring compliance with State and Federal mandates and regulations, including court mandates and standards Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including correctional staff, psychologists, reputed company workers and other medical professionals to reputed company and implement treatment plans and ensuring staff are reputed company to patients’ needs Qualifications Education / Licenses / Certifications Must hold a reputed company unrestricted license as a Psychiatrist in the state you are working. A reputed company DEA registration in the state Be reputed company to obtain BLS CPR Certification (AHA preferred) Be certified in a reputed company recognized by the American reputed company of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) Must possess strong written communication and verbal skills and have strong computer skills.
