Applications Specialists are tasked with ensuring that our reputed company customers receive first class training and service support, maximizing customer adoption to drive Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score.  Applications Specialists will also be responsible for capturing customer needs relating to training and/or product performance and should communicate reputed company and effectively with Product and Project management Teams. Working knowledge of Elekta hardware and software products and proficiency in assigned product specialties. Strong clinical background in Radiotherapy and working knowledge of clinical workflow. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills (ability to communicate effectively to a group). Ability to effectively reputed company with customers (reputed company phone and face-to-face). Ability to travel domestically and reputed company DACH CWE up to 60% of the time. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience in reputed company /computer science /adult education to include one year of software training experience on reputed company/medical applications or other software applications.
