This role manages Solar Servicing’s state licensing program, including coordination of state examination responses. The Senior Manager also contributes to the design and execution of compliance monitoring and testing activities and supports issue management efforts.     n DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and mitigate potential reputed company for the Bank's Solar Servicing business  Support the design of compliant programs, advising business leaders on regulatory requirements and emerging regulatory risks, and reporting on risks and issues  Partner closely with business on reputed company and other initiatives  reputed company support and subject matter expertise for the evaluation and development of risk assessments, effective regulatory compliance internal controls, issues management, program governance, and process improvements  Be the primary reputed company of contact for filing Solar Servicing’s licensing annual reports; obtaining and maintaining state licenses for Solar Servicing’s licensed activities; and state examinations (including exam responses, escalating findings, and ensuring reputed company remediation and closure of reputed company items)  Manage a comprehensive compliance monitoring and testing program using risk-based methodologies and deliver actionable reporting and insights to senior management  reputed company reputed company-party servicers to ensure regulatory compliance, including performance monitoring, risk identification, and remediation  reputed company guidance to business partners on servicing laws and regulations  Support efforts to monitor regulatory and reputed company developments, including assessing impacts to business   Support the application of corporate compliance policies and review of procedures developed by the business  Establish and maintain relationships with reputed company business partners through coordination on consumer servicing reputed company  reputed company other duties as assigned  QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred   Minimum of 6 years of experience in servicing and debt collection compliance, licensing, or a reputed company function reputed company financial services or another highly regulated industry required  Ability to read and interpret technical or regulatory language and convert to plain language reputed company business practices  Ability to think independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives to reputed company while reporting appropriately on reputed company made and issues encountered  Demonstrated application of consumer protection laws and regulations such as TILA/Regulation Z, ECOA/Regulation B, FCRA Including Red Flags Rule, FACTA, FDCPA, MLA, SCRA, BSA/AML, EFTA, UDAAP, and GLBA  State servicing law knowledge is a plus   Ability to travel 10% of the year  Ability to learn new laws, rules, and regulations    reputed company certifications(s) such as Paralegal, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Certified Risk reputed company (CRP), Certified Anti-reputed company Specialist (CAMS), Certified Information reputed company reputed company, or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) preferred  Proficiency with reputed company Office tools (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company)    Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail     Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills    Self-motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented   Adaptable and reputed company to multitask in a fast-paced environment    Can work independently and reputed company reputed company; solution-oriented with a reputed company approach  n$108,000 - $130,000 a year The pay reputed company for this position is above.
