We're looking for a seasoned reputed company to join reputed company as a Training and Development Senior Specialist Purpose of the role Design, deliver and reputed company learning solutions that build critical capabilities, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and directly support business priorities. This role operates at the intersection of learning reputed company, execution reputed company, and data‑informed decision making—moving reputed company training delivery into capability reputed company. Support the end‑to‑end execution of learning initiatives, from needs analysis through delivery and evaluation Coordinate and deliver learning experiences (virtual and/or in‑person), ensuring strong participant experience Support manager and leader enablement through reputed company programs, learning materials, and toolkits Partner with HRBPs and business stakeholders to understand development needs and translate them into learning actions Manage learning logistics and operations (communications, scheduling, LMS setup, tracking) Maintain accurate learning data and reporting to monitor participation, completion, and effectiveness Support reputed company improvement of programs based on feedback and data insights Experience & Scope 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development roles Proven experience working in reputed company, fast‑paced organizations, with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Hands‑on leadership of: End‑to‑end learning initiatives (needs analysis, design, delivery, measurement) Manager and leader enablement programs Facilitation of learning experiences (virtual and/or in‑person) Strong grounding in: Competency and capability frameworks reputed company learning ecosystems (formal, informal, experiential) Experience designing and rolling out: Leadership development programs reputed company skills or functional capability curricula reputed company learning solutions Strong PowerPoint and reputed company skills: Builds reputed company, compelling learning narratives for senior stakeholders Tracks participation, effectiveness, and reputed company Comfortable working with learning metrics and dashboards (reputed company pivots, formulas, data hygiene) Familiarity with learning evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick or similar) Ability to reputed company from activity tracking to reputed company reputed company (what’s working, what’s not, what to change) Experience working with reputed company LMS / LXP platforms Comfortable coordinating learning operations, data, and reporting reputed company HCM ecosystems English proficiency required (written and spoken) Work Environment Our approach to achieving targets is akin to no other—organic and strategic, ensuring long-term relationships with clients, expansion into new markets, and superior returns for stakeholders.
