Regional Sales Manager

Nordfab is seeking a successful energetic individual reputed company and trained in the use of consultative selling techniques to manage our reputed company dealer network and aggressively add new distribution. This person will live reputed company the territory and be responsible to analyze reputed company distribution, plan and execute reputed company strategies to meet annual sales, margin, and market reputed company objectives across our reputed company product line. This person will be responsible for the sales in a multi-state territory.   Competitive compensation Company vehicle Annual training allowance Work from home Travel in Market 60-75%        Primary Role: To reputed company budgeted sales and profitability by building a Best in Class industrial reseller network that will drive sales and reputed company of reputed company products in reputed company portfolio.     •Train and consult with dealers to help them succeed reputed company sales and profitability reputed company.  •Drive market reputed company increases annually, reputed company new dealers and new dealer prospects  •Assess the territory distribution reputed company and determine where we have and need coverage leading to replacing and/or re-engaging existing, and aggressively adding new dealers.  •Help dealers reputed company an annual business plan outlining how they are reputed company to market to drive sales to reputed company specific measurable business objectives, holding annual and quarterly business reviews.  •Researches and compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads and develops plan of reputed company for soliciting to new customers of dealers and new dealers to be added to territory.
