Head of Case Design

This role combines reputed company, hands-on case work with team reputed company, serving as the primary person for reputed company nonqualified plan designs, including supplemental executive retirement plans (SERPs), nonqualified deferred compensation (NQDC), Employee Benefit Plan offsetting strategies, and Charitable Donation Account strategies and other AFA strategies. The Head of Case Design will work closely with advisors seeking guidance on plan structure and proposal reputed company.
