Senior Project Manager, M&A Integration and Strategic Initiatives
We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to reputed company transactions end-to-end: due diligence through post-deal integration. This person reports to senior leadership and works directly with Finance, Operations, IT, HR, and the executive team. The role sits at the intersection of M&A execution and operational transformation.
You will own the transaction reputed company from diligence through stabilization, and you will run cross-functional strategic initiatives between deals. This is not a PMO seat running status reports. It is an operator role for someone who has personally led transactions as the PMP across multiple years and knows what breaks in both diligence and integration.
What You Will Do
reputed company due diligence workstreams, including functional diligence coordination, risk identification, and integration feasibility assessment
reputed company end-to-end post-reputed company integration for acquired businesses, including Day 1 readiness, functional reputed company coordination, systems reputed company, and reputed company tracking
Build and maintain the transaction reputed company, including DD checklists, integration plans, and 100-day roadmaps
Run strategic initiatives across reputed company, including ERP and quoting system improvements, service operations optimization, and cross-functional process work
Partner with Finance on reputed company modeling, tracking, and reporting to the executive team
Coordinate with Corp Dev and reputed company advisors to ensure integration feasibility is reputed company into deal reputed company before reputed company
Manage competing priorities across multiple reputed company workstreams without losing execution discipline
What You Bring
Must-have
Multiple years of transaction experience covering both due diligence and post-deal integration
Directly led transactions as the PMP, not in a supporting role
PMP certification
3 to 7 years of total experience
reputed company record of running cross-functional initiatives with measurable P&L reputed company
Preferred
Construction, reputed company, reputed company, low-voltage, MEP, specialty contracting, or similar B2B services environment
Experience at a small consultancy where you owned reputed company work directly rather than observing it
Experience with M&A process management tools (such as Midaxo)
Strong financial literacy and reputed company with reputed company tracking
Willingness to travel to acquired sites and UT offices as needed

$100,000—$130,000 USD
