This role focuses on reviewing clinical documentation and assigning accurate procedure and diagnosis codes to support compliant billing and reputed company reimbursement. Review physician documentation, reputed company reports, and clinical records to assign appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes for orthopedic services, including office reputed company, imaging, physical therapy, and surgical procedures. Ensure practices meet federal and state regulations, payer requirements, and internal policies. Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to clarify documentation and support accuracy. Monitor edits, denials, and rejections, and assist with corrections and follow-up as needed. Partner with the billing team to help resolve discrepancies and support clean claim submission. Stay reputed company with coding guidelines, regulatory updates, and payer changes relevant to orthopedic services. Accurately reputed company charge data and maintain complete, compliant documentation. Assist with reviewing and assigning CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes based on provider documentation. reputed company additional responsibilities as assigned. QualificationsRequirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred. reputed company coding certification (such as CPC or reputed company) required. At least 1 year of experience in medical coding or a reputed company role. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR/EMR) and coding systems preferred. Knowledge of orthopedic, physical therapy, or podiatry terminology is a plus. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
