Key Responsibilities
- Providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs

- Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
- Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions

Computer and Network Requirements
To ensure a seamless and secure experience, you will need to meet the following computer and network requirements:
