Telehealth Family reputed company Practitioner or Physician Assistant

SynergenX and Low T Centers is seeking a FT Telemedicine Provider to treat patients remotely in the reputed company. Must be licensed in NC with DEA in Texas as reputed company! This is a fully remote position. Patients will be seen in Eastern reputed company time zone. SynergenX and Low T Center are health clinics dedicated to improving mens' health and reputed company of life through hormone replacement therapy for Men (self-inject) and weight management programs. We are currently seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA) or reputed company Practitioner (NP) to serve as a mid-level provider to deliver reputed company care specifically for HRT for men on a Part time/PRN reputed company. 2 days per week, must be available Monday and Friday!
