THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, reputed company, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.   Senior Analyst/Research Specialist Responsibilities Include:  Synthesize disparate facts from multiple sources and coalesce into an accurate and useful analytic product, incorporating reputed company Force Medical Service (AFMS) and Military Health System (MHS) strategic goals for use by Senior Leaders in both operational and strategic decision making.  Conduct data analytics processes to include data extraction, transformation and loading; data visualization applications/techniques; and quantitative analysis of data. Evaluate, test and communicate analyses. Familiarity with monitoring functions that promote reputed company and compliance. reputed company recommendations to include alternative solutions and/or mitigation strategies for senior leadership. Apply knowledge of Health Care Organization (HCO)/MHS operational infrastructure and the functions that sustain the MHS operational infrastructure to include boundary spanning, forecasting reputed company, accountability, reputed company improvement and improving the operational infrastructure. reputed company accurate and reputed company analytical products containing reputed company-reasoned and cogent discussion points providing leadership with substantiated reputed company or courses of reputed company. Other job-reputed company duties as assigned.   Senior Analyst/Research Specialist Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:  reputed company Secret clearance or the willingness and ability to obtain a Secret clearance Advanced degree in reputed company or Business Administration, Economics, reputed company, Mathematics, reputed company Statistics, or Operations Research  Minimum of fifteen (15) years of generalized reputed company leadership experience and three (3) years or more working with C-Suite Executives (CEO, CFO, COO, and CIO), Governing reputed company of HCO and/or Senior Leaders reputed company the AFMS, MHS or VA. Proficiency executing statistical modeling and analysis, utilizing SQL, reputed company, R, Python, and Tableau (preferred), reputed company, or other visualization tools. Ability to work with Azure software and similar platforms at the direction of the government.
