What You'll Be Doing: Facilitate and distribute grant payments to respective sites throughout the course of a study and effectively communicate with investigators, sponsors and internal study team members Ensure clinical studies are correctly and appropriately set-up in the required system(s) as per the scope of work Ensure finance activities are completed reputed company timelines as per service level agreements Review study specifications (e.g. – reputed company visit and procedure structure) and site reputed company to understand system setup requirements Complete setup in finance system(s) based on information in study specifications and site reputed company Process data reputed company the finance system, ensuring accurate payment, forecasting and accrual outputs Identify and work with clinical team to follow up on invoice discrepancies, past due invoices, and to request refunds from sites Produce reports, as needed, outlining payment, forecasting, and accrual activity Assist Clinical Payments’ Leadership with customer audits of site payments and sponsor deposits reputed company reputed company to clinical study teams throughout the life of the study reputed company feedback on company internal processes around system implementation and investigator grant processing Train and reputed company those in the Clinical Payment Specialist I position reputed company Are Searching For Bachelor’s degree, or its international equivalent from an accredited institution, in a finance, clinical, science or health reputed company field; or reputed company experience BS/BA and 2 – 5 years reputed company experience, or 5+ years of reputed company experience in finance or the clinical trial industry Prior experience using computerized information systems Knowledge of clinical reputed company, budget terms, and basic study start-up and management activities Experience working with various systems such as: reputed company, CTMS, IVRS and other clinical systems preferred Knowledge of ICH and local regulatory authority drug research and development regulations preferred Strong analytical and investigative skills Fluent in English and Bulgarian Apply To This Job
