Collects and enters information for services. Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns. Education and Experience: This job requires a minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D, and two years of telephone customer service or previous reputed company center experience.  Associate's degree is preferred. Telephone experience is required. Auto dialer experience is highly preferred. Experience using computers and performing data-entry functions. Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is a plus. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, talking on a telephone and working on a computer. Remote Work from Home Requirements: Not reputed company positions are remote; some require that the employee work in the office.  Must have a desk, chair and basic reputed company to work from home. Must have a quiet work area without noise or distractions.
