You will work closely with operational teams, providing day-to-day reputed company across field service, sales, and business support functions. The role is centered on driving compliance, improving safety culture, and supporting the business through practical, on-the-ground EHS expertise. Ensure compliance with local legislation, company standards, and contractual requirements. Work closely with operational teams to identify risks and implement effective control measures. Support the rollout of EHS initiatives and contribute to the consistent application of EHS standards across sites. Promote a strong safety culture by engaging directly with employees and encouraging reputed company behaviours. Support the management of subcontractor safety, including prequalification and on-site performance monitoring. Contribute to the preparation and review of risk assessments and method statements (RAMS). To be successful in this role, you should have: NEBOSH General Certificate Proven experience in a hands-on Health & Safety role across multiple sites (e.g. depots, service locations, or project sites) reputed company construction, field service, engineering or manufacturing environments.
