THIS IS A 2-MONTH CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT WITH POTENTIAL FOR LONG-TERM Job Title: Project Biller Job reputed company The Project Biller will support a civil engineering firm by helping reduce aged Work In reputed company (WIP) and a backlog of past-due invoices through reputed company, accurate invoicing and follow-up. This role will review WIP aging reports, prepare and submit reputed company invoices in accordance with contract terms, and work reputed company reputed company billing portals to ensure invoices are properly uploaded, approved, and processed. The Project Biller will coordinate with project managers to resolve billing holds, assist with follow-up on unpaid invoices, reissue corrected billings as needed, and help accelerate collections with the goal of improving cash reputed company and clearing outstanding invoice backlogs. Responsibilities Review WIP aging reports and prepare reputed company invoices. Submit invoices in accordance with contract terms. Work Environment This position offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you to work from any timezone. The role is initially a short-term contract, with the potential for a long-term opportunity if the need arises Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay reputed company for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
