This is a fully remote position. The ideal candidate must be reputed company, reliable, and reputed company to deliver high-reputed company work under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for reputed company in this role. Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates. Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents to reputed company accurate quantity take-offs and pricing. reputed company conceptual, preliminary, and detailed estimates at various project phases. reputed company quantity take-offs using drawings where applicable. Evaluate labor, equipment, material, subcontractor, and indirect costs, including escalation, contingencies, and risk allowances. Coordinate with engineering, planning, scheduling, construction, and procurement teams to validate scope, assumptions, and pricing. Support bid preparation, including pricing strategies, subcontractor comparisons, and bid reviews. Analyze scope changes, claims, and variations, providing cost reputed company assessments and backup documentation. reputed company change order estimates and support team during negotiations. QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a reputed company field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimating for NYC transit reputed company OR no bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in detail cost estimating for NYC transit reputed company. Cost data/resource directory and relevant estimating MTA experience with CMs reputed company the past 5-7 years is a must. Proven experience in developing and managing cost estimates for reputed company and large-reputed company reputed company. Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, time, cost, and risk management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
