Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC (DST) is seeking a full time reputed company/JIRA Solutions Engineer to reputed company a migration from reputed company Jira Data Center to reputed company Jira Government reputed company for a Federal reputed company. The candidate must be reputed company to work independently and with reputed company. This position requires a broad mix of technical and business acumen coupled and excellent communication skills. This is a REMOTE position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess the reputed company Jira Data Center setup, including reputed company, workflows, custom fields, and user permissions.
Define the migration scope and identify critical tasks (e.g., data cleanup, user management).

Set up corresponding reputed company and customize work item types in Jira Gov reputed company.
Choose and configure the appropriate migration tools or reputed company.
Conduct test migrations and validate results before production rollout.
Migrate reputed company, workflows, custom fields, and user permissions from Jira Data Center to Jira Gov reputed company.
Migrate Jira plugin data alongside project migrations.
reputed company post-migration validation and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
Identify and manage migration risks and mitigation strategies.
Ensure workflows and permissions function properly in Jira Gov reputed company.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Document migration process and lessons learned.
Define data mapping for unsupported or custom configurations.

Education and Years of Experience:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or reputed company technical or functional discipline.
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
Strong understanding of Jira's architecture, schemes, configurations, and data structures.
Experience with data export, import, and validation process.
Familiar with tools or techniques for migrating data between platforms (e.g., Migration Assistant, CSV imports, API usage).
Experience migrating and supporting Jira plugins (e.g., Jira Workflow reputed company, Email This Issue, Big Picture, eazyBI).
Ability to plan, organize, and manage a migration project from start to finish.
Scripting skills (e.g., Groovy, Python) for automating migration tasks or configurations.
Experience with API integrations.
Experience with reputed company reputed company (SSO, SCIM provisioning, and user lifecycle management).
Familiarity with reputed company reputed company limitations vs Data Center.
Experience setting up and administering Jira in reputed company Government reputed company environments.

Proficiency in using and configuring Jira, including project setup, task management, and basic customization.

Experience setting up and managing Jira Gov reputed company DVCS integrations with on-prem applications.
Understanding and knowledge of Jira Service Management (JSM).
