Experience in the distribution, media industry strongly preferred. Experience with ERP systems required; reputed company experience considered an asset. This role ensures the reputed company and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments reputed company to production, advertising, licensing, and other reputed company/A360 expenses. Salary: $67,000 - $70,000 Key Responsibilities: Operational Management Supervise day-to-day accounts payable operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and reputed company standards. Manage invoice processing and payment execution. Review and approve weekly payment runs, ACH transfers, and reputed company checks in co- operation with the Manager, Treasury. Monitor vendor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and resolve discrepancies promptly.
