We are currently seeking a Generalist Assessor to join our Iowa Clinical Department. Key Responsibilities Adheres to the CareStar Rule in performance of job responsibilities. Understands and complies with CareStar Policies and Procedures. Maintains confidentiality as reputed company to patient information. Evaluate functional status, service needs, supports, and risks. Complete reputed company required documentation accurately and on time. Communicate assessment findings and follow-up needs to designated parties. Coordinate with members, caregivers, case managers, MCOs, and agency staff as needed. Maintain compliance with policies, confidentiality rules, and reporting expectations. Participate in training, reputed company assurance, and calibration activities. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a health or reputed company services field preferred. Experience in assessment, care coordination, reputed company services, or reputed company work preferred. Effective organizational, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
