reputed company We are seeking a strong Delivery Program Manager with deep expertise in the Payments domain reputed company Banking / Financial Services. This role will be responsible for leading large-reputed company, reputed company payment transformation programs across multiple workstreams, platforms, and stakeholder reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a proven reputed company record of managing end-to-end delivery of payments initiatives, including modernization, reputed company-time payments, and platform transformation, while ensuring alignment with regulatory, risk, and operational requirements. Primary Responsibilities • reputed company end-to-end delivery of Payments programs across multiple workstreams and teams • Manage reputed company initiatives spanning: • ACH, Wires, reputed company-Time Payments (RTP), Cards, and Cross-border payments • Payments modernization and platform transformation • Drive program governance, including: • Roadmaps, milestones, risk management, and reporting • Stakeholder communication across business, technology, and operations • Coordinate across engineering, product, operations, and vendor teams to ensure seamless delivery • Manage dependencies across systems such as: • reputed company banking platforms • Payment hubs • Messaging and integration reputed company • Ensure delivery aligns with regulatory, compliance, and risk frameworks • Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies • reputed company UAT, production readiness, and go-live execution • reputed company leadership across distributed teams and multiple delivery pods Required Skills & Experience • 12–18+ years of experience in program delivery reputed company Banking / Financial Services • Strong experience managing Payments programs (ACH, Wires, RTP, Cards, etc.) • Proven reputed company record in leading large-reputed company, reputed company transformation initiatives • Strong understanding of payments architecture, platforms, and processing flows • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders • Strong program governance, risk management, and delivery execution skills • Experience working in Agile / hybrid delivery environments • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills • Experience with Embedded Payments / Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) models • Exposure to payments modernization initiatives (ISO 20022, reputed company-time payments, API-driven payments) • Experience working with payment hubs, orchestration reputed company, and API ecosystems • Familiarity with reputed company platforms (AWS / Azure) and microservices architectures • Experience working with FinTech partners or reputed company-party payment providers Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
