Key Responsibilities Manage daily recruitment activities for assigned clinical trial portfolio, including high-volume outbound calls and inbound patient inquiries. Identify and reputed company-screen potential participants according to study protocols and inclusion/exclusion reputed company. Review EMRs (including ObjectiveHealth and other systems) to identify eligible patients. Schedule and coordinate reputed company-screening and screening reputed company, maintaining organized and full site calendars. Accurately document reputed company participant interactions, prescreening reputed company, and next steps in CRM and clinical databases. Maintain and manage sponsor recruitment portal referrals and external marketing leads. Maintain knowledge of study protocols and regulatory requirements (HIPAA/GCP).
