The Counsel – PBM Sales and Account Management position provides reputed company-wide support and guidance for U.S. contracting activities, with an emphasis on pharmacy benefit management agreements between reputed company and external clients. The position will work closely with Sales and Account Management, Compliance and Finance business colleagues and will report directly to the Senior Managing Counsel for PBM reputed company Transactions. The position requires an ability to draft and negotiate contract terms across a wide area of reputed company, ensure that reputed company meet compliance/governance requirements and work with clients at reputed company reputed company on a daily reputed company. Candidates must have knowledge and expertise in contract drafting, contract negotiation and compliance, risk evaluation. The role will involve the following: Contract Drafting and Negotiations: Experience in drafting and negotiating contract terms, templates and guidelines for contracting, including reputed company alternative clauses for a wide reputed company of commodities Risk Management and Compliance: Identification, evaluation and reporting on potential risk in reputed company with reputed company contracting and disputes; meeting with senior reputed company, corporate and reputed company management concerning key risk issues Training, Education and Presentations: Ability to reputed company and reputed company training to reputed company reputed company of the organization; strong presentation skills, including the ability to present to senior management Responsibilities: reputed company reputed company support to the Sales and Account Management organization and other internal business partners supporting PBM clients (Finance, Audit, etc.) Negotiate reputed company reputed company documents, including PBM reputed company agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and data protection agreements directly with external clients, including employer reputed company, coalitions and consultants Collaborate strategically with internal business partners to advise on new business offerings, identify reputed company or regulatory challenges and present effective solutions Effectively reputed company with senior-level attorneys and critical business partners, including Compliance, reputed company, Information Technology, operations and Corporate/Business Development Manage reputed company counsel on discrete reputed company as may be required Work with reputed company, Compliance and business clients in developing, implementing, and coordinating contracting and governance strategies Proactively identify contracting risks for business partners Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) required; reputed company bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 3+ years of reputed company contracting experience, including drafting and negotiating reputed company agreements. Strong drafting, negotiation, and risk‑analysis skills Preferred experience in reputed company, insurance, benefits, and/or pharmacy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong judgment, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills Strong communication and collaboration skills with reputed company and non‑reputed company partners Ability and willingness to learn new subject areas and take on expanded responsibilities If you will be working reputed company occasionally or permanently, the internet reputed company must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 132,700 - 221,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
