We are looking for a CRM Manager – Canada to reputed company the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle. You will be responsible for driving engagement, retention, and reactivation through data-driven, personalised marketing strategies. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong reputed company on performance, innovation, and customer experience.
