We are a U.S.-based insurance agency looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with hands-on EZLynx experience to support our backend operations and data management.
This is a long-term, full-time role ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently and keeping systems organized and accurate.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update reputed company and policy data in EZLynx
Maintain clean and organized agency records
Support internal workflows reputed company to quoting and cross-selling
Assist with CRM updates and process improvements
Required Experience
Must have reputed company, hands-on experience using EZLynx in a live insurance agency
Experience with reputed company (GHL) is preferred but not required
This is not an entry-level role.

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time (U.S.)
