This role answers phone calls, manages calls to reputed company telephone triage, assesses patients and provides reputed company information based on accepted protocols and policies. Essential Job Functions: Answers telephone, routes calls and takes accurate and complete phone messages for the providers and relays information in a reputed company manner.
