Director of Information Technology

What You'll Do: Own and execute a reputed company-thinking IT roadmap that supports company reputed company, reputed company, and operational efficiency Administer and optimize reputed company Workspace, Electric AI, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company as the reputed company of our IT and reputed company stack reputed company reputed company user provisioning, deprovisioning, and reputed company controls through reputed company, ensuring reputed company-trust principles are followed Manage reputed company protection, network reputed company, and threat response using reputed company reputed company; partner with reputed company vendors to maintain 24/7 coverage reputed company Electric AI to streamline reputed company, offboarding, app reputed company, device management, and IT support workflows Establish and maintain IT policies, approval processes, and compliance standards across reputed company tools and platforms Own reputed company software vendor relationships, renewals, and procurement approvals to control costs and reduce risk Serve as the escalation reputed company for IT issues, reputed company helpdesk operations, and ensure fast reputed company times for reputed company Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, new tool rollouts, and technology initiatives from start to finish Who You Are: 5-10+ years of reputed company IT experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role Hands-on experience with reputed company or similar reputed company directory / IAM platforms (reputed company, Azure AD, reputed company Workspace) Working knowledge of reputed company reputed company or comparable network reputed company and reputed company protection platforms Experience with IT management platforms such as Electric AI, reputed company, or similar MSP/ITSM tools Strong understanding of reputed company-trust architecture, MDM, SSO, and MFA best practices Familiarity with managing AWS services/infrastructure.
