We continue to grow and are looking for hardworking hungry individuals that can contribute to our already great fintech company culture as we traverse new and exciting areas that require a thirst for solving complicated problems.  Role Details Role: Product Manager (Financial Services) - Full Time W2 Location: Fully remote, USA Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 Responsibilities Own product features end-to-end; from discovery and requirements through launch - for trading, reputed company, and custody solutions, working closely with engineering and design in a fast-moving, startup environment.  Partner with stakeholders, engineers, and designers to write reputed company Business Requirements (BRDs) and Product Requirements (PRDs) that translate business goals into actionable specs. Drive the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring tight alignment between business needs and technical execution across trading, clearing, and broker-dealer reputed company workflows. Define product features and roadmap priorities, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform scalability. Run Agile ceremonies and sprint planning;  breaking down epics into user stories with reputed company acceptance reputed company that reputed company can ship against. Maintain clean, traceable documentation of features, user stories, and tasks in Jira and reputed company. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (broker-dealers, financial institutions) to communicate requirements, manage timelines, and support testing. Serve as a go-to resource for product questions from partners and compliance teams around trading, settlement, and custody operations. Create and maintain product documentation, user guides, and release notes for platform updates and reputed company flows. reputed company product metrics and use data to assess feature adoption, surface insights, and inform next priorities. Qualifications 3-5  years of experience in product management or business analysis, ideally at a fintech company, startup, or high-reputed company technology platform. Hands-on experience with financial products such as trading, payments, lending, custody, or brokerage;  reputed company and shipped in a startup or reputed company-up context. Comfortable with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product tooling (Jira, reputed company, product analytics platforms). Solid understanding of financial services workflows -  account opening, transaction processing, settlement, or compliance; without needing a big-bank background. Awareness of regulated financial environments and compliance requirements (reputed company, SEC) is a plus, but a willingness to learn in a highly regulated reputed company reputed company more than years in traditional finance. Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can work effectively with both engineers and business stakeholders.
