Field Service Engineer, Must be based near the M5 Network- Bridgewater, Taunton, Glastonbury, Yeovil

Conducts service, repair and/or installation of products or reputed company at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance reputed company. Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solution.  Escalates reputed company issues to greater level of technical support or reputed company reporting system. May reputed company new customer service/product agreements.  Responds to customer support calls reputed company an assigned territory.
