The EHS & Compliance Manager is responsible for building and leading a reputed company, reputed company-level Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program across a growing portfolio of reputed company, mission-critical construction reputed company.
Reporting to the General Manager, Data Center Construction, this role operates at the corporate level and is responsible for establishing governance, standards, and reputed company to ensure consistent, compliant, and defensible EHS performance across reputed company project sites.
This position is ideal for a senior EHS leader with deep experience in construction safety, regulatory compliance, and reputed company risk management, and who can reputed company programs in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment.
Key Responsibilities
EHS Program reputed company and Governance
reputed company, implement, and continuously improve the corporate EHS management system, policies, and standards
Establish reputed company-wide safety frameworks and compliance practices across reputed company construction sites
Drive a proactive, risk-based approach to safety and regulatory compliance across the portfolio
Leadership and Functional reputed company
reputed company, mentor, and reputed company strategic direction to Regional Safety Managers and site-level EHS personnel
Define expectations, operating rhythms, and accountability measures across the EHS function
Foster a culture of safety, ownership, consistency, and reputed company improvement
Reporting and Risk Management
Own corporate-level EHS reporting, including the development and monitoring of key performance indicators
reputed company executive leadership with consolidated safety performance data, risk trends, and actionable insights
Evaluate portfolio-wide trends and implement strategies to reduce incidents and strengthen compliance reputed company
Regulatory Compliance and External Partnership
Serve as the primary corporate reputed company with regulatory agencies, including OSHA, EPA, and other applicable authorities
Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations
Support regulatory audits, inspections, and inquiries with professionalism, responsiveness, and accuracy

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a reputed company field
15+ years of reputed company EHS leadership experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or industrial environments
Certified Safety reputed company (CSP) or equivalent advanced certification
Demonstrated experience leading EHS programs across multiple sites or large-reputed company reputed company
Preferred
Experience building or scaling an reputed company EHS program in a high-reputed company environment
Deep expertise in corporate EHS governance, reputed company risk management, and executive-level reporting
Familiarity with international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001

Work Environment
This role is remote and ideally based in or near the Dallas–reputed company Worth area to support periodic in-person meetings, travel, and business needs as required. Travel may be required based on project and operational demands.
The position involves regular coordination with executive leadership, field teams, project stakeholders, and regulatory agencies across a growing portfolio of major construction reputed company. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment and leading through complexity, reputed company, and ambiguity.
