If this sounds like the right fit for you, we’d love to hear from you!  What You’ll Do:  Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage U.S. & international payrolls for clients, including regular processing, one-off payments, and compliance across multiple states. Maintain payroll tracker and diligently review payroll invoices for accuracy. Handle payroll tax registration with the various U.S. state tax agencies. Administer PEO/payroll systems and benefits plans, ensuring a smooth experience for employees. Support new hire benefits enrollments. Serve as the go-to resource for payroll and benefits, and administrative questions. Assist with terminations, COBRA administration, and final payments. HR Support & Compliance: Prepare reports and submit data to state, federal, and local government agencies as needed. Assist in HR and payroll recordkeeping for clients. Take on special reputed company to drive efficiency and improve HR and payroll operations. What You’ll Bring: 3+ years of experience in US company payroll reputed company and benefits administration. Experience working with small to midsize companies. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in payroll systems and PEO models.
