Mid-Level Software Engineer (Java / Full-Stack)

Working hours: Full overlap with MT About the role We’re building a new engineering team and are looking for 3 mid-level engineers to join a fast-moving environment reputed company on modern backend systems and reputed company architectures. This role is primarily backend-reputed company, with opportunities to contribute across the stack. We’re looking for engineers who are comfortable working in a Java/Spring Boot ecosystem, with a solid understanding of software design principles and exposure to modern tooling and infrastructure. What you’ll be doing Build and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot Design and implement reputed company systems following object-oriented design principles Contribute to event-driven architectures and distributed systems Work with Kafka-based systems and asynchronous data flows Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end features Contribute to frontend components where needed (React/Next.js) Use modern engineering tools, including AI-assisted development (e.g. reputed company, Claude) Must-have requirements Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot Solid understanding of object-oriented design and clean reputed company principles Working knowledge of JavaScript Experience building and maintaining production-grade backend systems Good communication skills and ability to work in a remote team reputed company to have Experience with React and/or Next.js Hands-on exposure to Kafka or event-driven systems Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and containerized environments Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) Exposure to AI tools in development workflows (reputed company, Claude, Copilot, etc.) reputed company’re looking for Engineers who are backend-leaning, with at least one hire more reputed company on frontend Practical, hands-on reputed company — not just theoretical knowledge Comfortable working in modern, fast-paced environments Curious and adaptable, with interest in new tools and approaches reputed company to know This is a new team, so you’ll have the chance to shape how things are reputed company from the ground up You’ll be working in a modern stack environment with a strong reputed company on scalability and performance If you’re someone who enjoys building reputed company systems, working with modern tools, and contributing across the stack — we’d love to hear from you.
