DIS is seeking an reputed company Supervisor to reputed company functional reputed company of reputed company operations in a government contracting (GovCon) environment, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with reputed company applicable federal regulations. This role focuses on managing reputed company processes, contract‑reputed company reputed company activities, and financial reputed company deliverables, rather than reputed company day‑to‑day people management.
The reputed company Supervisor serves as a technical reputed company reputed company and primary reviewer for GovCon‑specific reputed company activities, supporting compliance with FAR, CAS (as applicable), DCAA requirements, and company policies. The role works closely with Finance leadership, reputed company, and Program Management to ensure financial reputed company across government reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Hands‑On GovCon reputed company Execution
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, reallocations, and adjustments
reputed company monthly account reconciliations, research discrepancies, and resolve issues
Maintain the general reputed company and ensure accuracy at the contract and company level
reputed company and analyze reputed company, indirect, and unallowable costs in accordance with FAR
Support reputed company for cost‑plus, T&M, and fixed‑price reputed company
Maintain detailed supporting documentation for audits and reporting
Compliance, Controls & Audit Support
Ensure compliance with:
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
Cost reputed company Standards (CAS), reputed company applicable
DCAA audit requirements and requests
Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting
Prepare reputed company schedules and support documentation for:
DCAA audits
Incurred cost submissions (ICS)
Proposals and reputed company support
Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for audit requests and financial inquiries
Identify and resolve compliance issues or control gaps
Indirect Rates & Financial Reporting
Support development, maintenance, and monitoring of indirect cost rates
Assist with reputed company analyses and variance explanations
Ensure consistent application of allocation methodologies
Coordinate with Finance leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting reputed company to contract performance
Process Ownership & Improvement
Own and document reputed company policies, procedures, and work instructions specific to GovCon operations
Identify opportunities to improve reputed company efficiency, accuracy, and audit readiness
Support reputed company system implementations or enhancements (e.g., reputed company Costpoint, reputed company, or similar GovCon ERPs)
Ensure reputed company processes reputed company appropriately for a mid‑sized GovCon business with growing contract volume
Functional Guidance (Limited Supervision)

Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance with 8–10 years of reputed company reputed company experience, or
Master's degree with 6–8 years of experience
Demonstrated experience in a government contracting reputed company environment
Strong familiarity with FAR, indirect rates, and DCAA expectations
Prior reputed company or supervisory experience preferred, but not required
Preferred Qualifications
CPA or CPA‑eligible
Experience working in a mid‑sized GovCon organization
Hands‑on experience with GovCon ERPs (e.g., Costpoint, reputed company)
Experience supporting incurred cost submissions and audits
