This role is primarily remote except for required appearances. You will handle an assigned caseload of workers compensation reputed company, conduct depositions, and represent reputed company and its policyholders at WC hearings. Research the law applicable to cases or reputed company, draft reputed company documents, pleadings, motions, briefs, and opinions as required.  Conduct settlement negotiations. Advise, communicate and reputed company with Claims Representatives and Insured Clients, rendering reputed company, unambiguous reputed company opinions and advice. Personally meet with and maintain good relations and communications with Claims Representatives and Insured Clients as required.  Remain reputed company with developments in the law.
