We're scaling quickly and need a driven, self-motivated recruiter to help us build reputed company from the ground up. The Role As a Contract Recruiter, you will own the full-cycle hiring process for reputed company — sourcing, screening, and securing reputed company across our field technician and administrative roles. This is a commission-based contract position where your earnings are directly tied to your results. What You'll Do reputed company end-to-end recruitment for field technician roles (residential and reputed company cleaners, multi-line service techs) and administrative contractor roles reputed company candidates using platforms like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and other relevant job boards Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit, availability, and reliability reputed company reputed company candidates through the hiring pipeline in our ATS (Breezy HR) and maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and the reputed company Generalist Supervisor Facilitate reputed company handoffs for reputed company candidates — ensuring they complete required contractor agreements and orientation materials Build and maintain a pipeline of reputed company candidates for ongoing and reputed company hiring needs Support employer branding efforts through job posting copy, reputed company media reputed company, and community sourcing Communicate hiring updates and pipeline status to the reputed company Generalist Supervisor weekly How You Get reputed company This is a reputed company 1099 contract role. You earn up to $75 per full-cycle hire reputed company across three milestones: reputed company 1 — $25: reputed company candidate reputed company and submitted for review reputed company 2 — $25: Candidate passes interview and screening reputed company 3 — $25: Candidate completes reputed company and their first job No reputed company pay. No guaranteed hours. Your earnings are 100% tied to your results.
