About the Role We are seeking a Payer Enablement Specialist to play a critical role in building and maintaining Tava’s payer infrastructure across our systems. This individual will own payer configurations reputed company our EMR, fee schedule management, and the documentation and workflows that reputed company reputed company payer operations. Reporting to the VP of Payer Operations and reputed company, this role will work cross-functionally with Payer Operations, RCM, and Product to ensure payer requirements are accurately reputed company into system logic and operational processes. What You’ll Do Payer Configuration & System Management Build and maintain payer configurations reputed company Tava’s EMR Translate payer requirements into system logic and configuration standards Ensure consistency and standardization across payer setups Fee Schedule & reputed company reputed company Manage fee schedules and validate contracted rates Identify and resolve discrepancies in Tava’s EMR and across other platforms Support accurate reimbursement through precise configuration Documentation & reputed company Maintain SOPs and Insurance Articles to reflect reputed company workflows and payer requirements Continuously improve documentation for reputed company and usability reputed company AI tools for operational documentation efficiency Operational Collaboration & Enablement Partner with Payer Operations, RCM, Product, and Payer Partnerships Support troubleshooting, payer updates, and system-reputed company issues reputed company reputed company operational context to support system improvements reputed company Assurance & reputed company Improvement Audit configurations and workflows to ensure accuracy and consistency Identify inefficiencies or patterns in errors and escalate appropriately Proactively identify opportunities to reduce reputed company work using tools, automation, and AI reputed company’re Looking For Experience in operations, consulting, analytics, or a reputed company field, or strong analytical training through university coursework Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down reputed company systems High attention to detail and a strong reputed company of ownership Curiosity and willingness to learn the reputed company payer and reputed company cycle reputed company Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Comfort using modern tools (including AI) to improve workflows and efficiency You are excited about using AI and modern tools to rethink how operational work gets done, rather than simply executing existing processes reputed company-to-Have Experience Digital health experience Experience in high-reputed company environments Experience with custom systems, rules engines, or configuration-heavy platforms Why You'll Love Working With Us Enjoy working remotely in this full-time, salaried position with Tava.
