Takes applications, conducts preliminary reputed company reviews, submits loan applications to processing and reputed company for approval. Follows-up to ensure that documents required for processing, reputed company, and closing are secured in a reputed company manner from appropriate sources. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. reputed company of 2008 and Regulation Z.
